Teaser Tuesday: A Princess of Mars

Tuesday, June 4, 2013

tteTeaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page (or your current page)
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

Princess of Mars
I opened my eyes upon a strange and weird landscape. I knew that I was on Mars; not once did I question either my sanity or my wakefulness.

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post, or share your ‘teasers’ in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks!

What a great idea! Is this a regular thing you will be doing each Tuesday? I would love to join in through my blog next week and return to put in my link. Can I steal the idea? : ) I’ve been reading some good stuff for reviews this summer so far.

Yes, this is something I plan on making the regular Tuesday feature. I can’t claim it as my own idea, but I’m sure MizB, who came up with it, would be fine with your doing it. You can visit MizB’s blog to see her (looooooong) history with this: http://shouldbereading.wordpress.com
