Rainy days make me feel more settled, focused, peaceful. So I like doing what I do most days. Write and read, with maybe a little more productivity since other options (distractions) are curtailed. Today, though it isn’t a rainy day, I happen to be listening to a novel called The Right Attitude To Rain. I’ve always liked that title. My attitude to rain is mostly right, I think. 🙂

Read, watch old “feel-good” movies, bake yummy things that I’ve been told I shouldn’t be eating.

I like a soothing, hot pot of tea and a good book or movie. Somehow rainy days seem to call for historical novels more than contemporary ones. I’m not certain why.

Reading about your new book cover makes me anxious to see it! When is the new book to come out? I haven’t seen any entries for it on Amazon or CBD yet.

Hey, didn’t that green bar go up another 1,000k? Yay! It sounds like your writing “dates” with your writer friend are working well for both of you. 🙂

I love rainy days, even thunder and lightening. I bake cookies and eat them warm with a glass of milk. Turn off the radio or TV and listen to the rain.

Curl up with a good book – whether reading or writing.
Sadly, my windows aren’t ideal for watching the rain like they were at the apartment. There’s just something about watching it rain on a street or parking lot (probably the fun of people dash through it).

Read and nap in my jammies. Repeat until rain stops. ;D
