I would say the one from the dr last week saying the polyp was benign. Although I didn’t think I was worried it eased my mind no end.

Well, it was a text and then I made the call. Got a text from my crit partner last month while she was at her in-laws telling her to call me. Her MIL had been hinting about something for several months. MIL bought her plane ticket to come down here to do her research trip!!!! She’ll be here in NINE DAYS and we are so excited!! She’s not going to make it to conference and we were not looking forward to going two years without seeing each other.
Just noticed the word count ticker went up. Yay! Do it again. 😀

The best call I’ve gotten recently was on April 3 offering me the job I now have.
The best call ever was when my agent, Chip MacGregor, called me on December 6, 2007, to tell me that Barbour was offering a publishing contract for Stand-In Groom.

Paul had been in Afghanistan about two months, and I finally broke down. There’s always that ONE NIGHT that’s just awful, and this one was it. I literally got on my knees and said, “God, I just need to hear his voice.” The whole year Paul was in Afghanistan he only called me at night ONE TIME, and it was that night, about twenty minutes later. Definitely the most amazing phone call ever, a straight up God gift.
