In 2011, I allowed Flannery McNeill and Jamie O’Connor take over my blog when I was in the depths of trying to finish writing their story before my publisher’s deadline. It was a great exercise in Character Voice for me—especially as I had some fun in the comments on each post, writing from the viewpoint of each of the characters bantering with each other.
