    It is my understanding that the Great Exhibition was the forerunner for the modern “World’s Fairs”, am I right? I was so excited to read that the glass exhibition hall was moved to Kennsington Gardens, until I discovered it burned. I soo wanted to see it, while in England. Alas, not to be. I love those pictures. I can almost feel the emotions from those captured.
