Besides the gift of salvation, my husband and son.

I am thankful that my husband is still alive and reasonably pain free, given his cancer traditionally kills within 9-12 months, I appreciate every day,

For my relationship with God. I am thankful that He loves me beyond reason (at times). 🙂 I am also thankful for family. I feel so blessed every time I look at my kids and think about how different my life would be without them.

There is so much I’m thankful for! My family.
That my 10yo loves to write too [I have visions of something like Kim and Kayla Woodhouse one of these years :)].
For my 8yo’s sweet spirit.
For my 6yo, who the doctors told us we’d lost when I was 3-4 weeks pregnant. The tenacity it took for her to stick around even at that point still defines her today.
The hugs and cuddles from my 4yo. When my 4yo screams, because it means he’s alive and breathing. [Okay – sometimes that’s a hard one ;)].
For my husband who supports my writing dream. Who works hard. Who loves spending time with the kids.
For a job that pays very well for the amount of time I have to spend away from my kids, that lets me be a mostly stay at home mom.
My friends. My writer friends who understand the voices in my head don’t make me Schizophrenic! And who encourage me when I’m down.
The roof over my head. The food in my cabinet. The gas in my van. My van. 😀
And for a good preschool for the 4yo to go to. And it’s time to take him ;).

I have to say after Friday when my neighbours/landlords/bosses/friends house had a major fire (all are safe but they cant live there till alot of work is done) I am thankful for a home to live in and thankful that they are all safe and well and no one was injured. I am also thankful for fast reacting fire crews who contained the fire.
