Teaser Tuesday: Angelfall by Susan Ee

Tuesday, June 25, 2013

tteTeaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page (or your current page)
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

Angelfall by Susan Ee
The angel is dying.

Lying on the sofa with bandages enveloping his torso, he looks exactly like a human.

He glanced in. He shuddered and tipped the bag over and out fell a human hand.

“I want to throw my chopsticks at them, and I’m not sure which one I want to impale the most. This is going to be a long night.” – from Dysfunction Junction by April Erwin, coming December 2013. I’m doing final edits so it happens to be all I’m reading at the moment. 🙂 http://projectinga.blogspot.com/2013/06/teaser-tuesdays-dysfunction-junction-by.html

Great teaser, Kaye. I’m off to check out that book! I’ve decided to do the Teaser Tuesday every other week, and every other week highlight a research book or source on Wednesdays. This week it’s the research. So much good stuff to share!

However, there are several online interfaces available where one needs to click
on different types of options to send HTML code in email or
to generate HTML code. There are many web designers who charge huge amount of money
to do this job for you. You can make corrections directly instead of having to search
mistake through the code, if something does not seem OK for you.
