I’m doing something today that 1) I am not good at, and 2) I hate doing.
Yeah, and I can’t tell what it is yet. But I will say that something good could come out of it and would be a tremendous blessing.
Isn’t that the way life works? A friend recently pointed out that “manure happens”. It stinks, but you need it to produce strong and beautiful plants.
But the things that come out of doing those tasks we’re not good at and hate doing are the ones that make us the proudest, no matter what results we get—because we went out of our comfort zone and did something that needed doing no matter how much we dreaded it!
Last night I participated in my first Facebook party. It was about an hour and a half. Everyone met at the same time and left comments back and forth. It was the Facebook party celebrating Catherine Richomond’s debut novel, Spring for Susannah. There was a grand prize and several other prizes as well. The author had several discussion questions plus trivia questions about her book for which we were to e-mail the answers. It was a fun evening.
Well ummmm can’t say much about last week, but two weeks ago I moved out and now live with my sister! Big accomplishment for me. Paying bills, yeahhhh always fun. I also have a cute little book shelf where I house all my favorite books ( Dacus included!!)
I got over the bug i had finally and yesterday got to go to Horsham about 2 hours away to do some shopping and had a McDonalds fix. I haven’t had any for ages as we dont have them here it was good just to get away from the town.
I know I should be spiritual and say preaching talent but I’d want to be a rock star. I’d want to be that singer/songwriter who’s like Springsteen on steroids.
Cinnamon Life, Froot Loops and Cap’n Crunch. And Alpha-Bits, but they took the sugar coating off and they’re no good anymore! The first three I still eat.

Sounds like fun!
Missing my MTCW friends and STILL waiting for the movers to deliver our stuff!
Missing you, too! Hope the stuff gets there soon—and that it’s all there!
You have no idea how much I hate you moving!!!
What was the best thing that happened to you in the last week?
Well ummmm can’t say much about last week, but two weeks ago I moved out and now live with my sister! Big accomplishment for me. Paying bills, yeahhhh always fun. I also have a cute little book shelf where I house all my favorite books ( Dacus included!!)

Tell us about your pet. Post a link to a picture!
Zoe! There’s a picture of her on the sidebar of my blog, which can be reached by clicking on my name. She’s a half-crazed calico.
If you could magically acquire a talent—something at which you’d be among the top in the world—what would it be?
I know I should be spiritual and say preaching talent but I’d want to be a rock star. I’d want to be that singer/songwriter who’s like Springsteen on steroids.
To sing, or to play the violin and Guitar.
Um . . . novelist? Preferably the PUBLISHED kind.
What’s your favorite kids’ breakfast cereal—either from your childhood or now?
I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast.
I love Life cereal! And Kashi. Growing up I loved Trix and Lucky Charms.
Cinnamon Life, Froot Loops and Cap’n Crunch. And Alpha-Bits, but they took the sugar coating off and they’re no good anymore! The first three I still eat.
Cheerios. I still eat them, no sugar or milk, for breakfast AND for a snack!
as a kid it was fruit loops.
What’s your favorite fairytale?
Cinderella!!
Sleeping Beauty!
The Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty.
Cinderella. It was the first Disney cartoon I ever saw at the theater!
It would either be Cinderella or Beauty and the Beast.
The Snowqueen. I got this book with 2 other fairy tales when I was about 6 or 7 and I loved that story so much I still have the book.
Rapunzel
