Sounds like fun to me. I must admit I don’t watch too many movies, but love the BBC features.

That’s a great idea! I just finished the BBC miniseries Wives and Daughters (available to stream on Netflix) and it was really good!
I love W&D, but as with most based-on-the-novel BBC dramas of the 1990s/early 2000s, I’m always frustrated by the lack of a kiss at the end of it.

Since I don’t watch a lot of movies, I can’t offer any suggestions but think it’s a great idea since it will give me ideas on what I might like.
To me, the original, and best costume drama was “Gone With the Wind.” AMAZING. Of course, “Titanic” was, too, but I really don’t like that movie. Please don’t shoot me.
As I told my sister on FB, I’ll put GWTW on the list . . . at the END of the list!
I would guess that with your DVD collection alone you have enough possibilities to cover what, six months?
